摘要
MAFAP是我国独立开发的二维体积成形有限元模拟软件。本文以汽车发动机连杆为例,介绍了采用Pro/Engineer进行锻造成形工艺设计和模具设计的方法。在CAD模型的基础上,利用MAFAP软件进行CAE分析,模拟成形过程中的材料流动、应力应变分布、温度变化等,能为工艺设计和模具设计提供指导。
MAFAP is a FE simulation software for 2-D mass forming developed by BRIMET. The method of process and mould design for forging by means of Pro/Engineer was summarized in this paper. Using this CAD model, CAE analysis then can be made by MAFAP. The simulation results include metal flow, distribution of stress and strain, temperature changes etc. These give good guidance in process and mould design.
