分析了原引进的自动平头机的结构及存在问题 ,对机械传动系统、进给机构和电控系统进行了技术改进 ,改进后满足了生产需要 ,降低了劳动强度 ,平头质量明显提高。
It analyzes the existed problem and structure of imported automatic faced machine and raises the improvements on mechnical jack system,feed-in structure and electrical control system.Improved machine met the production requirements,lowered labour stress and raised the faced quality.
