摘要
介绍目前国内外高炉使用铜冷却壁的情况 ,包括铜冷却壁的性能、构造、制造方法 ,以及在使用过程中出现的问题。分析认为 ,正确使用铜冷却壁要求严格操作管理 ,还必须重视冷却水的水质、温度、流速等工艺参数。
Synopsis This paper introduces the application of copper stave used in blast furnaces both home and abroad,describes its performance,construction and manufacturing methods as well as problems encountered in blast furnace operation.An analysis shows that the key points for proper application of copper stave include strict blast furnace operation management,controlling of cooling water parameters,such as quality,temperature,velocity,etc.
