摘要
在考虑交通系统的总体效益的基础上,从综合费用最小的观点出发,提出了一个基于广义费用最小的城市中心区路边停车规划模型,以此来确定路边停车的合理规模,以达到中心区交通系统的总体效益最佳。
Urban road - side parking lot is a major constituent part of city parking facility, but it has lots of problems to be dealt with, especially in City Center Area (CCA). Road -side parking has a lots of advantages, but it also has much effect on dynamic traffic flow. So, it is very important to control the scale of road -side parking. Considering the benefits of the whole traffic system and the minimum synthetical generalized cost on road - side parking, a theoretical analysis model based on minimum synthetical generalized cost has been proposed to define, the scale of road - side parking reasonably to ensure the benefits of an optimum traffic system in City Center Area.
