摘要 提出了一种新的动态精度理论——动态测试误差溯源理论 ,将测试系统的输出总误差分解并溯源到系统内部各组成单元以及外界干扰因素 ,并给出了其建模方法。小波神经网络是现代信号处理中一种重要的分析方法 ,它结合了小波变换和神经网络两者的优点。文中利用小波神经网络 ,根据系统的白化模型 ,对仿真动态测试系统的输出误差进行了溯源研究 ,并得到了理想的结果。 The demands of modern high accuracy dynamic measuring technology to the accuracy theory, especially to the dynamic accuracy, are more and more improved. The traditional dynamic accuracy theory can't satisfy these demands now. In this paper, a new dynamic accuracy theory is developed. It called the theory of the tracing of dynamic measuring error. The total output error is discomposed to the internal units as well as the external noises. And its modeling methods are discussed. Wavelet neural network is an important method in modern signal processes. It combines the merits of wavelet transform and neural network. By means of Wavelet neural network, and based on the “whitening” model, the research on the error tracing of a simulated system is performed. The satisfactory results proved the correction and possibility of the new theory.
