摘要
在一定的温度和酸度条件下,以硫代乙酰胺水解的硫化氢与钼酸钠反应得到非晶态三硫化钼粉末。再将非晶态三硫化钼粉末经过高温加氢脱硫制得纳米级二硫化钼粉末。利用X射线衍射仪和透射电镜对二硫化钼粉末进行表征,结果表明,所制得的二硫化钼粉末颗粒的粒径在70~100nm。同时,对纳米级二硫化钼粉末的生成机制进行了初步的探讨。
Undergoing certain temperature and acidity, the nanosized molybdenum trisulfide particle is prepared by sodium molybdate reacted with sulfureted hydrogen from the hydrolysis of thioacetamide (TAA). Then, the nanosize powder of molybdenum disulfide is obtained by the desulfuration of the noncrystalline molybdenum trisulfide. The nanoparticle is characterized by using Xray Diffraction(XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM). The result shows that the size of molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles is about 70~100 nm.The growth mechanism of nanosize MoS2 particles is primarily studied.
