摘要
目的 :探讨低能量 He- Ne激光血管内照射 (IL IB)治疗鼻咽癌急性放射反应的疗效。方法 :对 12 2例接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为单纯放疗组 (对照组 )和放疗 +IL IB组 (研究组 ) ,观察两组患者的急性反应发生率 ,出现急性反应的放疗剂量。结果 :研究组与对照组比较 ,中重度急性反应及并发症发生率明显减少 (P =0 .0 0 1) ,出现急性放射反应的剂量明显提高 (P <0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :IL IB可提高鼻咽癌患者放疗耐受性 ,降低急性放射反应及并发症发生率 。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of acute radiation reaction of intravascular He Ne laser irradiation on blood in nasopharyngeal carcinoma Methods:From December 1993 to June 1996,122 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups:62 patients were treated by combined intravascular He Ne laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) and radiotherapy (study group) and 60 patients were treated by conventional radiotherapy alone (control group).The acute radiation reaction and complication rates,the radiation dose of acute radiation reaction,were evaluated Results:All patients were followed up for more than 5 yeas.The acute radiation reaction and complication rates in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P=0 001).The radiation dose of acute radiation reactions in study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0 0001) Conclusion:Combined ILIB and radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma could reduce acute radiation reaction,increase the radiation dose of acute radiation reaction and did not increase incidence of distant metastasis of tumors and other side reactions.It is a useful method for radiotherapy
