摘要
在对国内超临界机组旁路设置的 3种形式 (三用阀旁路系统、整体旁路系统、三级旁路系统 )分析的基础上 ,探讨沁北电厂国产超临界机组汽轮机旁路设置与选型的设想。认为沁北电厂 6 0 0MW超临界机组设置旁路系统十分必要 ,且高压旁路的容量应达到 5 0 %BMCR左右。
On the basis of analysing three types of bypass installation for domestic supercritical units, namely three-purpose valve by-pass system, integral by-pass system, and three-stage by-pass system, a tentative idea for installation and type-selection concerning steam turbine's by-pass system of home-made supercritical unit at Qinben Power Plant has been put forward. It is considered that the installation of by-pass system for 600MW supercritical unit at Qinbei Power Plant is extremely necessary, and the capacity of high pressure by-pass system should be about 50% of BMCR.
