制备高脱乙酰度壳聚糖反应条件的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以自制甲壳素为原料,通过单组分因素和正交试验结果确定制备高脱乙酰度壳聚糖的反应条件为:碱浓度40%,反应时间5h,反应温度130℃,脱乙酰度为94 4%。实验中,测脱乙酰度采用混合指示剂来代替传统的单指示剂,所得数据更加准确、可靠。 In order to prepare chitosan with high degree of deacetylate, in this work, chitin was used as the raw material and the best reaction conditions were conformed through single-component tests and orthogonal design, that were: 40% NaOH and 4 hUnder the conditions, a Chitosan with 944% Deacetylate was prepared During the test of degree of deacetylate, the data would be more accurate and reliable if mixed indicator was used.
