摘要
在确定的测定条件下 ,采用孙云沛共毒系数法对 9种杀虫剂的 10个组合对烟蚜的联合毒力进行了测定。结果表明 ,共毒系数大于 10 0 ,有增效作用的组合有 :“功夫” +“敌敌畏”、“灭蚜宁” +“敌百虫”、“敌杀死” +“敌百虫”、“西维因” +“敌百虫”和“功夫” +“敌杀死” ,其共毒系数分别为 82 2 .4、795 .5、70 8.3、4 0 0 .9和 30 7.1;其余 5个组合共毒系数小于 10 0 ,表明有拮抗作用。
The indoor associated toxicity of 10 different mixtures of 9 pesticides to Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were determined by Sun co-toxicity coefficient method. Synergism was found in five mixtures of Kungfu+DDVP, Mieyaning+Dipterex, Decis+Dipterex, Carbaryl+Dipterex and Kungfu+Decis, their co-toxicity coefficients were 822.4,795.5,708.3,400.9 and 307.1, respectively. Antagonism was found in the others, their co-toxicity coefficient were below 100. The synergic mixtures promise further indoor and field trials.
