摘要
冷冻外科实践证明 ,组织经历连续冻 -融循环后治疗效果确切 ,并且比单一冻融过程疗效有所提高。在焓法理论基础上 ,通过应用有限元数值分析方法对模拟生物组织中连续两次冻融循环过程进行理论分析。研究了连续冻融循环过程中 ,组织中温度场、冰球生长和温度梯度场的变化规律。结果表明 ,实施连续冻融循环 ,组织中冰球反复冻融、温度和温度梯度波动明显 ,这些因素均为疗效提高的热力学机理。这些分析可以为从组织学、生物力学和生化理论角度进一步分析连续冻融损伤机理提供热力学依据。
The cryosurgical practice has proved the better cure effective of successive freeze-thaw circle operation than the single freeze-thaw treatment. A theoretical analysis of the twice successive freeze-thaw circle process which based on the enthalpy scheme and solved by finite element method is presented. The temperature field, ice-ball growing history and temperature gradient field is studied. The result demonstrated that during the successive freeze-thaw circle, the ice ball form and thaw repeatedly and the change of the temperature and temperature gradient are remarkable, which is the thermal reason for the improved cure effective and the results are also benefit for the further injury mechanism research of physiology, biomechanics and biochemical.
