摘要
油田注水开发以后 ,泥岩吸水蠕变使非均匀地应力作用于水泥环和套管 ,通过对泥岩吸水蠕变以后 ,在远场地应力作用下 ,对水泥环与地层接触的第二界面和水泥环与套管接触的第一界面压力的数值仿真分析 ,提出了泥岩吸水蠕变诱发地应力在井眼周围产生应力集中 ,迫使水泥环和套管在最大水平地应力方向产生椭圆形缩径变形 ,是造成套管变形损坏的直接原因 ,而且水泥环与套管接触的第一界面的椭圆形外压力分布规律与水平地应力方向、套管变形趋势相反 ,说明水泥环在套管抵抗非均布外载中起到改变受力边界条件的作用。
After high pressure waterflooding in oilfield,absorbed mudstone begin to creep and make nonuniform ground stress act on cement mantle and casing.This paper mainly discusses the additive pressure distributing features of casing and cement mantle together with the reason of casing damage on account of mudstone creep by the method of numerical simulation,put forward that nonuniform ground stress produce stress concentration around the wall of well,cause cement mantle and casing shrinkage and deformation is the direct reason of casing damage ,and the distributing of the first interface pressure is opposition to the orientation of the ground stress and casing deformation trend,that prove cement mantle react on changing pressure boundary condition of casing.$$$$
