摘要
利用双包层光纤中的受激布里渊散射和声光调Q器件 ,对掺Yb3 + 双包层光纤激光器进行了混合调Q的实验研究 .在连续泵浦状态下 ,当入纤泵浦功率为 1.2 4W时 ,在 10 80~ 1119nm的可调谐范围内 ,在国内首次获得了输出脉冲宽度小于 6ns ,重复频率 1.5kHz ,脉冲能量高于 80 μJ ,峰值功率高于 13.3kW稳定调Q光纤激光器的脉冲输出 .经计算 。
Hybrid Q-switched Yb 3+ doped double clad fiber laser was studied using AOM and SBS of double clad fiber. Repetition rate of 1.5 kHz steady output pulses were achieved at the 1.24 W CW pumped power from tunable range of 1080~1119 nm. The pulse width was less than 6 ns and peak power was more than 13.3 kW. These parameters were firstly achieved in Q-switched fiber laser interiorly. The experimental results accorded with theoretical computation commendably.
