摘要
综述了目前国际上公认的测量高速光脉冲的几种方法,主要包括电光条纹相机(SC)、快速脉冲取样、二次谐波产生(SHG)、频率分辨光学门(FROG)以及光谱相位干涉直接电场重建(SPIDER)等。详细地阐述和分析了这些方法的原理、特点、适用范围以及它们的研究现状。
The generation of intense highspeed optical pulses has made possible a wide range of new experiments designed to study the characteristics of the optical pulse itself and the interaction of light with matter. For the quantitative and accurate measurement of the optical pulse parameters is essential, and it is the purpose of this paper to review the principles and characteristics of most methods currently available for measuring highspeed optical pulses (from nanosecond to attosecond), including electrooptical streak cameras, high speed pulses sampling, secondharmonic generation, frequencyresolved optical gating and spectral phase interferometry for direct electricfield reconstruction. Moreover, the recent rapid developments of these methods are also introduced. Some suggestions and predictions about measurement methods for highspeed optical pulses are presented.
