摘要
在适配器与某导弹弹体分离过程的受力分析的基础上 ,建立了适配器分离动力学和运动学方程 ;在进行影响适配器分离可靠性随机因素分析的基础上 ,对随机因素进行了简化 ,同时根据某导弹的研制要求确定了分离动作故障判据 ,并相应建立了功能函数 ;最后 ,应用响应面法与一次二阶矩法相结合计算某导弹与适配器分离动作可靠度 。
The main contents of this paper are the research and calculation of the separation action reliability of the missile and its adapter. After establishing the dynamic and kinematic equations of the adapter during its separation action, the authors analyse the random factors which have effects on the reliability of the separation action, and define the random variables according to the engineering condition. In order to calculate the reliability of the separation action, a failure criterion is defined, and the G-function is established according to the response surface method. At last, the reliability of the separation action is calculated by using the first-order second-moment method and the Monte Carlo method. The results show that the reliability analysis and calculation method can satisfy the missile engineering developing requirements.
