摘要
目前 ,集成化的压控型温度补偿晶体振荡器 (VCTCXO)因其体积小、功耗低而得到了广泛的应用。我们将MCXO的原理与之相结合 ,运用最简的单片机器件对其进行二次补偿 ,不仅仍可保持其优点 ,而且可进一步提高其频率—温度稳定性。
Because of its small in size and low in power consumption, VCTCXO has been used very widely now. This paper describes a method of compensation combing with the principle of MCXO. By using the simplest components, we have completed secondary compensation on VCTCXO to get higher frequency-temperature characteristic.
