摘要
从工艺角度研究了PE/PET复合短纤维生产的工艺条件 ,指出了原料质量、干燥条件、纺丝温度、冷却条件、拉伸参数、卷曲工艺、热定型条件等影响纤维品质指标的关键所在 ,同时筛选出了PE/PET同心皮芯型复合短纤维生产的最佳工艺条件。
In the article, the best technical condition of PE/PET short multiple fiber of homocentric sheathcore is to be studied, pointing out that material, dry condition, spinning temperature, cooling condition, stretching parameter, curling technique and heat setting are key factors to affect the quality of fiber. Besides, the best production of PE/PET short multiple fiber of homocentric sheathcore is concluded.
