摘要
为了寻求适用于攀钢(集团)矿业公司兰尖铁矿边坡破碎带的控制爆破方法,在该矿的兰山采场进行了大约2年的爆破试验。根据兰山采场边坡破碎带岩体的结构特点,试验中采用了不同的控制爆破方法和炸药,并不断优化爆破孔网参数和装药量。试验结果表明,采用低爆速炸药的缓冲光面爆破方法能取得较好的爆破效果,半孔率可达73 6%。
In order to explore a controlled blasting method suitable to slopes in fractured zone of Lanjian Iron Mine in Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group Company,some blasting tests were carried out for about two years in Lanshan mining area of this mineAccording to structural characteristics of fractured zone's rockmass at slopes of Lanshan mining area,different controlled blasting methods and explosives were used and the optimization of holelayout parameters and charge masses were constantly made in blasting testsThe testing results show that a good blasting result with a halfcast factor of 736% can be obtained when adopting the buffering smooth blasting method using lowvelocity explosives
