阐述了甲醇蛋白的特点及营养价值,介绍了国内外的研发、生产现状和主要的生产技术工艺,分析和预测了甲醇蛋白的市场需求,以10万t/a装置规模为例,进行了技术经济分析,提出了加强研究开发、降低生产成本发展大规模甲醇蛋白装置的建议。
The article analyzes methanol single cell protein' s characteristic and nutrition valu e,describes the technology,R&D and manufacture state in domestic and ab road;forecasts the demand in domestic pro tein market,especially fish meal co nsumption and price in domestic;and makes techno -economic analysis of plant in scale 100000t /a.The conclusion is that although methanol sin gle cell protein has wide market foreground,it needs to evolve technological research and development,to reduce material and production cost,to increase market competitive powe r compared with fish meal and soybean,etc.
