现代饭店面临的竞争市场日趋国际化,宾客对饭店服务质量的要求越来越高,如何有效地提供优质服务,提高饭店的市场竞争力,是困扰饭店业的一个难题。将ISO9000标准体系导入现代饭店管理,必将提高饭店的经营管理水平,促进饭店服务质量的持续改进,增强饭店的国际竞争力。
The market competition which the hotels of modern times are faced with tends to be internationalized day by day, and alongside the internationalization trend hotel guests require more and more satisfactory service quality. How to effectively provide top quality service and enhance the competitive force of hotels has long been a difficult problem puzzling hotel trade. The introduction of the standard system ISO9000 into modern hotel management will inevitably raise the hotel managing level and promote the successive improvement of hotel service quality, thus strengthening its international competitive power.
