摘要
笔者报道了对60例骨转移瘤患者采用^(89)锶内放射治疗的护理要点:做好健康教育,消除患者的顾虑;加强放射防护,如妥善保管药物,注意治疗中、给药后的防护;做好骨痛的护理,防止病理性骨折;加强生命体征监测和不良反应的护理等。
The authors in the paper report the gist in nursing patients with metastatic carcinoma of bone treated with ''Strontium: health education, diminishing the worries of patients, strengthening prevention from radiation like storage of the drug and prevention before and after administration, preventing pathological bone fracture, strengthening monitoring of vital signs and nursing of adverse reactions.
