摘要
2 0世纪 30年代日本在华北地区扩张经济势力的过程中 ,始终将山东视为“特殊权益地区” ,其“经济开发”方策已不满足于一般的投资设厂和商业贸易 ,开始重视获取军事战略资源 ,并为此进行了大规模的经济调查 ,制定了多种开发计划。
In the 1930s, when it expanded its economic force in North China, Japan always regarded Shandong as an 'area of special rights and interests', and its 'economic development'shifted from ordinary investment on factories and trade to the attainment of military strategic resources. As a result, it carried out large-scale economic investigation and made various development programs.
