摘要
介绍了7MG200-W采煤机液压系统工作原理及常见故障的分析与处理。该系统不仅实现了采煤机沿工作面的行走,摇臂的升降,而且具备基本的功能及保护,如高低压保护、功率控制、补油、热交换等。通过井下使用,证明该系统性能可靠,操作简单,维护方便,完全能满足中小型矿井的生产要求。
The hydraulic system principles and dealing with common troubles are int roduced.This system not only re-alizes mining machine walking along the face but also possesses the fundamental functions and protections e.g.high and low valtage protection,power control,teplenishing oil and heat exchange e tc.By practice shows that the sysem w ith reliable performance,simple operation,con venient maintenance,satisfies med ium and small mine shaft production r equirement.〔
