高铬白口铸铁-碳钢镶铸结合区成分组织与性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对高铬白口铸铁—碳钢镶铸铸件结合区的成分、显微组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明:高铬白口铸铁-铸钢镶铸铸件结合层为铁素体带和含有Fe、C、Cr的索氏体带组织构成。由于索氏体中的渗碳体为合金渗碳体,铁素体为合金铁素体,使得索氏体带的强度和韧性较高,镶铸铸件具有良好的结合质量。热处理可以明显改善镶铸铸件的综合性能,例如高Cr白口铸铁镶块的镶铸件经淬火回火可使母材具有一定强度和韧性,镶块硬度可达62HRC以上。 The composition,microstructure and properties in the junction area of high chromium white iron-carbon steel cast-in casting was investigated.The results showed that the junction area of the hi-Cr white iron-carbon steel cast-in casting consisted of the ferrite zone and the Fe,C,Cr-containing sorbite zone.Since the cementite in the sorbite was of alloyed type,and the ferrite was also of the al-loyed type,the sorbite zone had quite high strength and toughness that indicated the excellent junction quality of the cast-in casting.All properties of the cast-in casting could be improved obviously by heat-treating.For example,after quenching an d tempering treatment,the master material would have some high strength and toughness,the hardness of the cast-in piece woul d be higher than62HRC.
