摘要
水环境信息系统是水利信息化建设的重要内容。在介绍WebGIS技术特点的基础上,探讨了基子WebGIS的水环境信息系统的结构设计、功能设计及数据库设计,并在SuperMap IS的支持下,对系统进行了初步实现。
Water environment information is one of the most important content of water information building. In the paper, the technologic characters of WebGIS are introduced at first, then the system design of water environment information system are discussed, which include structural design, function design and database design. In the end, with the support of SuperMap IS, a primary national water environment information system has been realized.
