摘要
分析Philips公司的视频处理专用芯片TM1300的结构特点，根据芯片结构阐述如何利用TM1300进行优化，来实现MPEG4-ASP单目标的编码器，最后给出实验的结果。
The architecture features of the DSP chip TM1300 are analyzed firstly, and how to implement the encoder of MPEG4-ASP is then expatiated according to the architecture features. The frame rate of the encoder and the conclusion of the experiment are listed at the end of the paper.
