评估鉴定是一种专业性评估行为。通常情况下，评估机构受法院委托，以兼职鉴定人的身份出现。该文对评估师作为鉴定人的资格、权利义务以及在经济案件中的作用等问题进行了阐述。
Valuation is one of professional assurance behaviors. Usually commissioned by the court of justice, a valuer works concurrently as all appraiser. The author discussed the qualification, rights and obligations of an appraiser and his role in the economic legal cases.
