摘要
经过20年的探索实践,起步于深圳的物业管理事业从无到有、从小到大,从模仿到创新,取得了令人瞩目的成就,但也应看到物业管理在我国仍属一个新兴行业,正处于发展阶段,还面临着诸多矛盾和制约因素,存在很多问题。因此,面对我国物业管理的快速发展,如何从我国国情出发全面分析影响我国物业管理发展的因素及存在的问题,探索我国物业管理发展的对策,推进物业管理行业的持续发展,应是我们这些从事物业管理人员目前最迫切的任务和义不容辞的责任。
The management of estate and housing, which appeared in Shenzhen and grew rapidly with the practice of imitation and innovation, has achieved great success. As a new business, during its development stage, it appears some problems, contradiction and limited elements which are blocking it's development. How to find out the solution and make the countermeasures is the task of those who are working on the management of estate and housing.
