摘要
完善非公有制企业技术创新的资金保障,必须强化信用管理,加强信用知识的宣传和教育,建立非公有制企业的基本信用制度,加强内部信用管理;必须建立信用担保体系,促进信用担保机构为非公有制企业技术创新资金保障服务功能的有效发挥;必须发展风险投资,分散非公有制企业技术创新的资金压力。
In order to perfect the funds endurance for technology innovation of non state-owned enterprises, we must strengthen credit management and the propaganda and education of credit kaowledge,establish basic credit system for non state-owned enterprise. improve internal credit management,set up credit assurance service function of assurance organizanon, develop risk investment, release the funds pressure of non state-owned enterprise technology innovation.
