摘要
文化是一个永恒的命题。特别是作为经济发展较为落后、文化积淀不甚丰厚的黑龙江省来说 ,全力推进各项文化建设 ,必须打破传统的思维模式与工作模式 ,将文化建设置于经济和社会发展的全方位的大背景下 ,实现文化理念和文化工作模式的超越 ,这样才会使全省的各项文化建设有新突破。
Culture is an eternal topic, especially for Heilongjiang, a less-developed province with slight cultural heritages. Therefore, against the background of economic and social development, we must propel various cultural restructuring in an all-round way, break away from the traditional modes of thinking and working and surpass them so as to make a breakthrough in cultural building of our province.
