组织职工参与企业民主管理是工会组织的一项重要任务。如何结合单位实际,抓住重点,搞好民主管理,本文介绍了"落实四项制度、开展一个活动"的做法,并对健全民主管理机制、提高民主管理水平提出了新的思路。
