摘要
高校共青团工作面临入世和高校改革带来的严峻挑战。共青团工作应化被动为主动,改变思维方式和工作方式,加强对团员青年的思想政治教育,强化服务意识,面向社会,扩大开放与合作,增强工作的时效性和实效性。
College Youth League work is facing serious challenges when meeting WTO and college reformation.College Youth League should change the way of thinkihg and working from passively to actively,strengthen ideological and political education to leagues and emphasize service ideas. Facing society,we should widen openingand cooperatilon to enhance effectiveness.
