摘要
回顾和总结近年来有关肺心病在舌象和微循环方面的实验和临床方面的研究报道。在舌的研究上 ,主要体现在血气分析、肺功能、电解质血液流变学等方面。这些变化相应的可引起舌由淡转向紫暗 ,甚至出现青紫舌。另外 ,随着肺心病的病情的发展变化 ,也可以相应的引起甲皱、甲襞等微循环的变化。反过来 ,通过观察这些局部的变化 。
This paper gives a review of the experimental and clinical study of tongue conditions and circulation. The study of tongue mainly deals with analysis of blood and qi, functions of the lungs, electrolyte blood rheology. Changes of such indexes may lead to change of color of the tongue. Besides, with the progress of this disease, changes of the nail fold may also take place. On the contrary, observation of the local changes may also reveal the progress and prognosis of this disease.
