铸铁表面激光镍基合金化的凝固研究 被引量:1

摘要 从凝固的角度研究了灰铸铁激光合金化的特征。结果表明激光合金化区和过渡区内存在成分、组织和显微硬度的不均匀分布现象;在不同区域内存在不同的凝同模式。因此,激光合金化的的凝固行为及其特征较为复杂。它们受多种因素制约。本文指出这种非均质性不利于激光合金化技术的工业应用,应当设法克服之。 The features of laser surface alloying for grey cast iron were studied on the basis of solidification.The findings showed that the distri- butions of constitutions,structures,and microhardness in laser affected area (alloying zone+transiting zone)were heterogeneous,as well as the different soli- dification modes existed in different microzonees,Therefore,the solidification behaviours and its features were greatly complex.They were controlled by many factors.It was pointed out that this heterogeneity was not beneficial to the industrial application of laser alloying technology,it should be overcame.
