摘要
目前我国社团组织在快速发展的同时 ,也存在诸多问题 ,如法制不完善、政社不分、活动经费不足、专业能力不强等。这些问题的形成 ,既有先天性原因 ,又有后天性因素。促进我国社团组织的健康发展 ,需要整体规划 ,分步实施 ,有序推进。其路径为 :调整双重管理体制 ;完善社团组织管理法规 ;强化社会对社团的监督 ;建立行业自律机制 ;发展社团与政府。
At present, Chinese societies develop rapidly, but, at the same time there still exist many problems such as incomplete legal system, indifference between government and society, lack of money, feeble professional ability, ect. The forming of these problems attributes to its innate reasons and acquired factors. To promote the healthy development of Chinese societies, needs planning in the whole, carrying out in phase and boosting in order. The countermeasures for these problems are, adjusting the double management system, perfecting the management law of society, enforcing social supervision to society, establishing self disciplined system of professional association and developing the cooperative fellowship between society, government and enterprise.
