摘要
目的 探讨鼓室内注射透明质酸酶 -链霉素治疗经保守治疗无效的梅尼埃病的疗效。方法 选取 3 0例此种患者于鼓室内注射透明质酸酶 -链霉素 ,7～ 10d 1次 ,密切观察临床症状及听力的变化 ,决定是否继续给药 ,结果 经随访 2a以上 ,并根据 1996年制定的梅尼埃病眩晕疗效评定标准 ,A级 (眩晕完全控制 ) 2 4例 ,B级 (眩晕基本控制 ) 5例 ,C级 (眩晕部分控制 ) 1例。主要合并症为听力下降。结论 该治疗方法简单 ,安全有效 ,其疗效类似前庭神经切除术 ,可作为对经保守治疗无效的本病患者的首选治疗方法。
Objective]To study the curative effect of hyaluronidase-streptomycin injection on the treatment of Meniere's that was not cured with reserved methods.[Methods]30 cased of the Meniere's were selected and were injected with hyaluronidase-streptomycin every 7～10 days. Their clinical symptoms and audio capacity changes were closely observed.[Results]Evaluation was made according to the criterion of Chinese Medical Association of ENT, within 2 years after the injection, 24 cases belong to grade A (completely in control), 5 cases belong to grade B (almost in control) and only 1 case belongs to grade C (partly in control). Hearing loss is the main complication.[Conclusion]This method is simple and effective, which effect is similar with that of vestibular neurectomy. It is the first choice therapy suitable to Meniere's patients whose symptoms keep unchanged after medical treatment.
