摘要
以Boost式零电流开关准谐振变换器(ZCS-QRCs)为例,论述了准谐振变换器的工作原理。利用基于电路拓扑的简化分析技术建立了非线性动态电路模型,并对其电压转换比在不同负载下与开关频率的关系曲线进行了分析。结果表明,要在不同负载和不同输入电压下得到符合要求的输出电压,需采用全波模式下的脉冲频率调制策略。另外,对输出电压的阶跃响应曲线进行仿真分析,该模型易于利用MATLAB软件仿真,结果具有大信号瞬态响应曲线。
The operation principle of zero-current-switching quasi-resonant boost converter is presented and its nonlinear model is built up using simple analytical techniques based on topological circuit. The relationship between voltage conversion ratio and switching frequency is obtained and analyzed under different load. Simulation results show that the full-wave pulse frequency modulation should be adopted in order to get the required output voltage under different load and different input voltage. The output voltage under step input is also simulated and analyzed. The model is easily implemented by MATLAB, simulation results have shown its accuracy for large-signal transient response.
