摘要
从内部条件和外部环境两方面分析了供电企业经营战略决策的内容 ,得出了内部与外部因素评价矩阵 (IFEM、EFEM )。然后 ,运用SWOT“优势 劣势 机会 威胁”模型方法对供电企业的优势与劣势以及企业外部环境的机会与威胁进行了动态结合分析 ,提供了战略决策备选方案。最后 。
The article analyses contents about strategy decision of the Power Supplying System in two aspects from interior condition to exterior environment and educes to IFEM(inside factor evaluation matrix) and EFEM (exterior factor evaluation matrix). And then adopts SWOT (Strenghts\|Weaknesses\|Oppotunities\|Threats) method to analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the power supplying corporation and choosing projects of strategy decision. At last it applies QSPM matrix to choose a final project.
