摘要
通过对磨球磨损机理的分析,采用高硅微合金化方法和中断正火热处理新工艺所研制出的ZG55SiCrMoTiBRE铸钢磨球,经装机试验和长期使用表明,该磨球硬度高、韧性好,同时具有较高的抗磨性能,使用寿命比锻钢磨球高3倍;比ZG55铸钢磨球高1倍以上。
Based on the analysis of wear mechanism of mill grinding balls, a new kind of micro-alloyed high Si cast steel balls and corresponding interrupting normalization heat treated process are developed. It is verified by study and long period industrial application that the developed ZG55SiCrMoTiBRE cast steel grinding balls treated with the interupting normalization process has high hardness, good toughness as well as good wear resistance, the wear life of wich is 3 times higher than that of wrought steel balls and 1 times than that of ZG55 cast steel balls.
