摘要 目的 探讨电刺激小脑顶核对视网膜血管直径的影响。方法 25名健康志愿者(平均年龄35.4岁)接受60min电刺激小脑顶核,进行数字眼底照相。测量刺激前、刺激30及60min时视网膜颞上静脉、颞下静脉及颞上动脉的直径。结果 电刺激小脑顶核30及60min,视网膜血管直径较刺激前有显著性差异。结论 电刺激小脑顶核能扩张视网膜血管直径,增加视网膜血供。 Objective To evaluate the effect of human fastigial nucleus with electrical stimulation on retinal blood vessel diameter. Methods Twenty-five healthy volunteers (mean 35.4 years old) received 60 minutes fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation. Digitized fundus photography was obtained in one eye. The diameter of superior retinal temporal vein, inferior retinal temporal vein and superior retinal temporal artery were measured at no stimulation, 30 minutes and 60 minutes after stimulation. Results In comparison with no stimulation, there was significant dilation in diameter of retinal blood vessel at 30 minutes and 60 minutes after stimulation. Conclusion Fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation can extend diameter of retinal blood vessel and improve blood supply in retina.
