The application of PLC in automatic control system for chemical feed water treatment for thermal power plant is presented.The system construction,PLC configuration and software design for chemical feed water treatment are detailed.Since having high stability and high reliability,the PLC has unique advantages for automatic control for chemical water treatmentwhen itis linked up with the industrial control computers.
