摘要
本文主要研究了企业规模以及集群对于企业技术创新水平的影响。首先分析了企业规模和集群各自对企业技术创新水平的作用 ,在此基础上 ,研究了两者对企业技术创新水平的共同影响 ,提出了一个“企业技术创新水平的无差异曲线模型” ,并进行了简要的实证分析和检验。文章的结论主要为 :存在一个阀值 ,以此为转折点 ,企业规模和技术创新水平的关系呈倒“U”型 ;集群度对于技术创新水平有正向影响 ,但是边际贡献递减 ;集群度越高 ,集群内企业规模阀值就越大 ;规模和集群度两者共同对企业技术创新水平的影响呈“无差异曲线”形态。
The article mainly studies the effect of scale and clusters on enterprise innovation. It analyzes their respective and joint effects separately, then a model named as indifference-innovation level curve is provided and tested empirically. The important conclusions of the article are as below: 1) The relationship between enterprise scale and innovation is as of “reverse U' curve at a critical scale point. 2) The level of enterprise clusters plays an active role in firm's innovation in spite of the reducing marginal contribution. 3) The higher level of enterprise clusters, the higher critical scale point. 4) The indifference-innovation level curve displays the effect of scale and clusters on enterprise innovation.
