摘要
21世纪是信息化社会 ,是知识经济时代 ,为高等教育提供了新的环境 ,同时也提出了新的培养目标———培养学生的创新能力 ,为此 ,作为高等教育“第二课堂”的图书馆应发挥自己的优势 。
21st century is the times of intellectual economy,it has offered a new environment for higher education.Meanwhile,it has put a new objective--to train innovation abilities of students.The library as'Second schoolroom'should give full play to it's own advantages to provide good service for realizing this objective.
