摘要
VLCM12864是内含显示控制单片机(SCM)的图形点阵液晶显示模块,该模块具有可视化图形界面编程功能,內含GB2312简体中文字库及64KB自选图库或美术字库。文中给出模块的性能特点、接口引脚说明、用户命令及主要参数,并给出与AT89C2051单片机的接口电路及相应控制显示程序。
The VLCM12864 is a figure dot-matrix LCD module based on display control SCM. The module with GB2312 simple Chinese library and 64KB optional gallery or art library has visual figure interface programmable function. This paper presents the performance characteristics, interface explain, user command and main parameters of the module, and the interface circuit between the module and AT89C2051 SCM and the corresponding control display program.
