摘要
本文应用EPM-810Q电子探针,对53例35～60岁健康成年人白发与黑发(指长在同一部位、相邻单根白发与黑发),进行微量元素分析,结果表明:白发中Mg、Al、Cd、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Se微量元素含量明显小于黑发,而Cu、Zn、Pb元素含量大于黑发。以上差异有显著性意义(P<0.001),并对上述差异进行了讨论。
Microelements of a single white and black hairs of 53 healthy adults aged 35-60 years old were measured with the EPM-810Q electron probe. The result showed that the amount of the microelements Mg, Al, Cd, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Se in the white hair was obviously lower than that of them in the black hair, and the Cu, Zn, Pb in white hair were more than those in black hair. The difference in microelement between the white and black hair was much significance(P<0.001= and was discussed by the author.
