摘要
文中简要介绍了唐钢电炉袋式除尘器的结构 ,分析了变频调速的原理及可行性。提出了为节约电能 ,提高除尘效果 ,混风降温。
In this paper,the structure of the electric-arc furnace bag type dust collector in Tang Shan Iron and Steel Company is introduced.The paper discusses the principle and feasibility of frequency conversion speed regulation.The control method of self-organized and differential ahead PID is discussesed in saving electir energy,the effect of dust collecting,wind mixing and spraying for temperature reducing.
