猪瘟免疫失败的主要原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 猪瘟是严重危害我国养猪业最重要的传染病之一,OIE国际委员会制定的《国际动物卫生法典》(2002年版)仍将其列为A类法定报告传染病之一。欧美等发达国家通过疫苗免疫、扑杀等综合防制技术措施已消灭了猪瘟。在我国1954年中国兽药监察所方世杰、周太冲、李继庚等选育了一株适应家兔后对猪基本无毒力,但却保持良好免疫原性的弱毒疫苗株——中国兔化弱毒疫苗株,国外称为C株,同时建立了冻干技术。因而具有免疫力强、保护率高且持久、遗传稳定、无残余毒力等优点,是国际上公认的效果最好的猪瘟弱毒疫苗。
