摘要
世界建筑科学技术的迅猛发展,是人类文明进步的重要标志之一,然而建筑耗能又给地球资源和生态环境带来了一定的负面影响。为了实现我国社会的可持续发展战略,建筑界必须大力开展节能科学研究,发展建筑节能产业,实施建筑节能技术。
The rapid development of constructional science and technology is a n important symbol of human civilization and progress, however the buildings' ener gy consumption has brought about a certain negative influence on earth resources and ecological environment. In order to realize the sustainable development str ategy of our country's society, construction circles must devote every effort to carrying out the study on energy conservation science, developing buildings' en ergy conservation industry and practicing buildings' energy conservation technol ogy.
