摘要
高密度脂蛋白作为一种内源性纳米粒,其主要功能是将血液以及细胞中多余的胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白清除,它的亲水-疏水结构使它可以运载多种药物分子,人体内的高密度脂蛋白还可以转运内源性物质到各个组织器官,与其他纳米粒相比具有更好的靶向性。此外,高密度脂蛋白还具有粒径小、长循环、安全性高等特点,是一种理想的纳米药物载体,本文作者具体介绍了高密度脂蛋白作为药物载体的优势及与靶器官相互作用的原理。
As the endogenous nanoparticles, high-density lipoprotein(HDL) was widely applied to the transport of excess cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) in serum and cells, and its hydrophobic-hydrophilic structure allows it to delivery multiple drug molecules. HDL can transport endogenous substances to various organs in vivo. Compared with other nanocarriers, HDL has obvious advantages in delivering drug molecules to specific targets. In addition, the small particle size, long circulation and high safety make HDL become an ideal nano-drug carrier. This article summarizes the advances of HDL a drug carrier and the principle of interaction with targeted organs.
