摘要
公安院校的科研工作可以促进学科建设 ,提高办学层次 ;可以培养具有创新意识、创新能力的教师队伍和高素质的创新人才 ;可以优化教学结构、更新教学内容、提高教学质量。要充分调动、正确引导广大教师开展科学研究的积极性 ,建立激励与约束并存的科研工作评价体系 ,推动公安院校科研工作全面、健康发展。
Scientific research of police academy could promote the building of coures and the administrative levels of study.It could educate high quality talents of teacher who have creative ability and creative realize,optimizing teach structure,renewing study content,promoting study quality.It should lead correctly to widen teachers' zeal to promote scientific rsearch,create appraising scientific research system which have encourage and restriction,promote the scientific research of police academy entirely and strongly.
